I don’t expect children to sit still or “behave” in a certain way.
They don’t need to.
The movement, the chaos, the energy — that’s usually where the real moments live.
I’ll gently guide when needed, but mostly I step back and let your family interact in its own way.
What sessions feel like
Most families relax quicker than they expect.
We might walk, pause, follow the children, or just stay still for a moment and see what happens.
It never feels like performing. More like time spent together, with someone quietly noticing it.
